We held our group meeting at 7:00 pm GMT+8, Tuesday.
For Zoe, she is the host of our podcast who will be charging of all the process of the podcast. She will talk in every segment and play a necessary role to make the podcast work as a conversation.
For Ashley, she will create another microsite account at Wix and share with us. She will be talking in segments 3 and 4.
For Pan, he will edit our audio file and probably choose the music for the podcast. He is going to speak in segments 1, 2, and 3.
For Charles, he speaks mainly in segment 1 and will talk briefly in segments 2 and 3.
For me, I will speak in segments 1 and 2; and I will also find appropriate images as well as collect sources information.
We will probably use zoom meeting to record the podcast which means we are going to meet all at once. There are four segments in our podcast in total. We will spend 8 minutes on segment 1 and 4 minutes for the rest of the three segments. The host is going to do the introduction as well as conclusion for no more than 5 minutes; so, add them all together won’t be more than 25 minutes. We will design our podcast in a way that every segment has at least two or three speakers. The host will organize how the conversation will take place.
A to-do list is probably to finalize our script and make conversations and connections between members.
We decide to record the podcast on Friday, 2 pm.
